We may collect the following categories of information when you use Ryvlo.

• Account and authentication information such as email address, account identifiers, and session metadata
• Profile information such as first name, last name, username, bio, profile photo, sports preferences, skill level, availability, play style, what you tell us you are looking for on Ryvlo, and optional gender information
• Location information such as latitude, longitude, city-equivalent, country, address, and group-related place details
• User content such as messages, group content, join requests, images, and schedule participation
• Participation information such as the organizations you follow, the events you indicate you intend to attend, and your attendance history
• Safety information such as reports you submit about users, groups, organizations, or events, and the users you have blocked
• Device and technical information such as platform, app version, device type, and push notification token
• Usage and analytics information relating to feature use, onboarding completion, and app interaction events

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your use of the Service, from your device when permissions are enabled, and from service providers we use to operate the Service.

We use personal information to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service.

• Create and manage accounts
• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions
• Personalize content and show nearby groups
• Enable messaging, scheduling, moderation, and reporting
• Send notifications and service communications
• Analyze usage and improve product performance
• Detect fraud, abuse, spam, harassment, and policy violations
• Comply with legal obligations and protect Ryvlo, our users, and the public

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Ryvlo may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, or protection of vital interests depending on the context of the processing.

We may share information with service providers, other users where necessary for the Service’s features, authorities or other parties when required for legal or safety reasons, and counterparties involved in a business transfer.

Some of your information is visible to other users by design. Another user who opens your profile can see your name, username, profile photo, bio, sports and skill levels, availability, play style, and what you are looking for on Ryvlo. Your profile is discoverable by other users of the Service.

When you indicate that you intend to attend an event, your name and profile photo appear in that event’s attendee list, which is visible to the organization hosting it and to other people attending.

Reports you submit are shared with us for review and are not shown to the user, group, organization, or event you report.

• Authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, mapping, and push notification vendors
• Other users when you share profile information, participate in groups, send content, or attend events
• Organizations whose events you indicate you intend to attend
• Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties where required by law or necessary for safety and enforcement

Ryvlo uses location-related data to help users discover nearby groups, organizations, and events, to show how far away an event is, to support onboarding and matching, and to enable location-based features.

Disabling location permissions may limit the functionality of some features.

If you enable notifications, we store and use your device push token and related platform information to deliver notifications.

We may use analytics tools to measure product usage, engagement, and app performance.

We may store and process messages, reports, and other user content to provide the Service and support moderation, abuse prevention, safety reviews, and compliance efforts.

Reports about users, groups, organizations, and events are stored with the account that submitted them so that we can review them, follow up, and identify repeated abuse of the reporting tools. Records of the users you have blocked are stored so the block can be enforced.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining safety systems, preventing fraud, complying with law, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

If account deletion is available in-app, you may request deletion through the designated app flow. Some information may remain in backups, logs, legal records, or fraud-prevention systems for a period of time where necessary.

Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your province, state, or country of residence. Where required, Ryvlo will take steps intended to provide appropriate safeguards.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under the minimum age specified in Ryvlo’s final published policy and terms. If we learn that personal information has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to investigate and address it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
